Fairly cool nose, light vegetal to ethereal-herbal, light nutty and hint of bacon flavours, yellow fruit with a hint of dark and green berries. Bright, juicy fruit with a delicate sweetish melt, moderate acidity, has some grip and persistence, floral aromas and a hint of paprika in the background, lemony tones, chalky minerality, certain warmth on a very good finish.
