Quite a clear vegetal nose reminiscent of fine cabbage with light yellow fruity, somewhat floral, nutty and delicate melon tones. Quite juicy fruit with a delicately sweetish melt, vegetal and slightly nutty tones, fine acidity, some grip, a certain strength and persistence, melon tones on the palate again, a hint of pepper, also salty-mineral tones, good to very good finish with a hint of citrus zest, ashy traces, slightly noticeable alcohol, but again also acidity and grip.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
