Somewhat nutty, tart-vegetable to herbaceous and hints of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of prickly pears and blueberries. Polished, tart, juicy fruit with delicately creamy, moderate acidity, light tannic grip, some persistence, chalky-mineral tones, nutty wood notes in the background, hints of wax and lichen, has strength, very good, slightly warm finish.
