2021 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco "Quintessenz", Alto Adige, Italy

Clear, rather light citrus-pomaceous fruit aroma with floral nuances. Straightforward, again bright fruit, delicate smoky notes, a little nutty and vegetal on the palate, fine acidity, certain persistence, a hint of butter on the palate, restrained barrel tones, has polish, still seems very young, a little salt in the background, very good finish.
