Tart citrus-pome fruit scent with herbal nuances, a little root vegetables and nutty traces. Relatively tightly knit fruit with distinct dried-vegetable to herbal and also rooty-vegetable notes, some acidity, moderate tannin, a hint of dark berries, persistent, a little salty, very good, again firm and tart-juicy finish with bite.
