Firm, nutty, fine-vegetable, yeasty and a hint of tobacco with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, hints of mushrooms and a touch of bacon. Ripe, juicy, yet quite dry fruit, nutty and somewhat spicy tones, again smoky-specky nuances, very fine mousseux and some grip, lasting, delicate dark berry hints, good substance, some depth, excellent balance, very good, grippy, tangy and nutty finish with red berry and floral hints.
