Fairly cool nose, prominent green vegetal notes, hint of root vegetables, citrus and some pomaceous fruit, mountain herbs and light floral notes. Fairly firm, polished fruit on the palate, delicately sweetish and creamy, elegant acidity, good persistence, floral and vegetal notes, some sugar candy, salty traces in the background, noticeable high alcohol, but also has cool elements and some bite, very good polished finish.
