Yeasty and slightly vegetal to herbal pome fruit scent with citrus aromas, white fruity traces as well as a hint of shellfish flesh. Ripe, bright, quite juicy, sweetish fruit, yeasty and nutty tones, again a little sweet shellfish or also crustacean flesh, light grip, relatively fine mousseux, red berry nuances, persistent, hints of peppery, dry herbal notes, good to very good finish with a hint of liquorice.
