Clear, quite fresh, still a touch yeasty pome fruit nose with citrus nuances as well as delicate mushroomy and herbal nuances. Quite firm, somewhat juicy and slightly melting fruit with quite complex, rather dark, partly ethereal spiciness, very fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent on the palate, fresh herbal nuances, a little salt and also pepper, very good, quite firm and at the same time again somewhat melting finish with aromatic-smoky spiciness.
