Firm, somewhat nutty and yellow-spicy, also a little caramelly scent of ripe pome fruit with rather warm ethereal nuances. Ripe, again very slightly warm, somewhat melting fruit with candy notes and yellow spice, smoky traces, light nutty woody hints and a hint of caramel, some bacon, very good, ethereal-spicy finish with peppery notes.
