Firm, fine-vegetable and somewhat smoky aroma with citrus and pome fruit aromas, a little artichoke, mushrooms and mineral notes. Ripe, tangy, quite dense fruit, herbal and delicately mushroomy tones, lively, fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, salty minerality, smoky nuances, very good, fine-juicy finish, again with artichokes, plus nutty hints and salt again.
