2009 Soave Classico DOC i Boschetti, Veneto, Italy

Ripe, partly preserved and partly candied pomaceous fruit on the nose, vanilla and cardamom, touch of dried herbs, hint of candied nuts, light spicy oak. Very ripe, creamy, partly dried fruit on the palate, spicy, nutty oak, lots of cardamom and some cloves, quite full-bodied and creamy, good persistence and has some depth, roasted and candied nuts in the background, at the same time both firm and soft, very good finish.
