Translate to English Duft nach reifen, teils eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit leicht schokoladigen Holznoten, etwas Minze, weiteren kräuterigen Aromen, ein wenig Kandis und Süßholz. Sehr reife, kompottig-saftige Frucht mit schokoladigem Holz, sehr feines, reifes, mürbes Tannin, zarter Säurebiss, nachhaltig, etwas minzig-kräuterig, eine Spur Eiskonfekt, viel Kraft, warme und kühle Noten, sehr guter, eingemacht-fruchtiger und ein wenig schokoladiger Abgang. Sollte sich weiter gut halten, auch wenn er nicht mehr ganz die Spannung und Tiefe seiner Jugend hat.

Editor note: Very clean, polished, complex nose, preserved mixed berries and cherries, delicate floral and vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes in the background. Concentrated, juicy and polished on the palate, very ripe fruit, soft tannins, very creamy, delicate hint of chocolate, light earthy and mineral notes, very good persistence, full-bodied, malted traces, very good long finish.

Editor note: Deep nose, black berries and cherries, herbaceous traces, mineral notes, moderate spicy oak. Full-bodied and clean, very juicy on the palate, loads of ripe fruit, elegant herbs and spices, delicate oak,, some mineral traces, delicate acid bite, very fien tannins, deep and persistent, excellent balance, juicy and quite complex on a long finish.
