Translate to English Relativ herber Duft nach eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit etwas Rauch und Speck im Hintergrund sowie kräuterigen Anklängen. Reife, saftige, recht geschliffene Frucht, schokoladige Holznoten, etwas Säurebiss und sehr feines Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, zart vegetabile Nuancen, gute Substanz, etwas Biss, Kandisnoten, sehr guter, saftiger Abgang.

Editor note: Fairly tart nose, black berries, preserved cherries and dried herbs. Full-bodied on the palate, but a fairly cool style, tart spicy notes, loads of dark berry fruit, some cherries, some more dried herbs, persistent, fairly prominent fine sandy tannins, noticeable alcohol, slightly astringent on a good finish.
