2003 Garda DOC, Veneto, Italy

Slightly muted nose, but also compley with oak, licorice, dark dried berries and roasted aromas. Quite full-bodied, but also cool with quite polished, slightly medicinal and tart berry and cherry fruit, has some bite, playful, some depth and substance, slightly prominent but quite well integrated tannins, attractive to good finish.
