Firm, yeasty, slightly nutty, herbal-vegetable and a hint of smokiness with yellow fruity aromas, a hint of egg yolk, pointed cabbage and some butter. Ripe, melting fruit with nutty and buttery tones, a little braised pointed cabbage and mushrooms, very fine mousseux, some grip, smoky hints in the background, some warmth and power, hints of egg, rosemary and bacon, salty hints, very good finish.
