Firm and quite deep, yeasty, nutty and delicately smoky aroma with yellow fruity notes, fine herbal and planty tones as well as delicate floral nuances. Fine, polished, ripe fruit, very fine mousseux and some grip, yeasty, nutty and again a little floral aromas, delicate, sweet melting, good persistence, a touch of butter in the background, some depth, has substance and polish, very good, juicy and again a little melting finish with grip and herbal notes.
