Cool, firm and quite deep, polished nose with yeasty, delicately nutty and bright yellow fruit aromas, delicate herbal tones and a hint of tobacco. Fine, polished, bright fruit that becomes more apple-like with air, clearly yeasty aromas, some herbs, nuts and a trace of smoke, very fine mousseux, persistent and grippy on the palate, certain depth, tobacco nuances, hints of dark spice, still very young, very good, firm, tangy, finely spicy and grippy finish with smoky traces and delicately creamy.
