Translate to English Fester, kühler, etwas vegetabiler, hefiger, zart floraler und angedeutet rauchiger Duft mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einer Spur Algen. Klare, geschliffene, helle, saftige Frucht, hefige, etwas rauchige und deutlich gewürzige Töne, feines Mousseux, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, ein wenig vanilliges Holz und Anis, auch pfeffrige Töne, nachhaltig, gute Substanz und Tiefe, ziemlich dicht, noch jung, zart melonige Töne, hat Substanz und Tiefe, sehr guter bis langer, fester, schmelziger und zugleich griffiger Nachhall. Ein Ausnahme-Franciacorta.
