Tart, fairly mature nose, dried vegetal notes, black and red berry aromas, some root vegetables, earthy notes, touch of juniper. Surprisingly cool, tart fruit on the palate, light acid bite, vegetal, herbaceous and delicate floral notes, fine sandy tannins, hint of citrus fruit, peppery traces, not particularly deep, fairly light-bodied considering the high level of alcohol, hint of smoked bacon, good finish.
