2005 Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Bric Paradis, Piedmont, Italy

Partly preserved red berries and some blueberries on the nose, light cedary notes and some tobacco, light leathery notes and some dried flowers. Clear, straightforward, elegant juicy fruit on the palate, slightly spicy with fine tannins, fairly creamy, very slightly astringent, floral and earthy traces, becomes more polished with aeration, not particularly deep, but harmonious, good finish.
