2020 Chianti Classico DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Clear, youthful, very slightly warm and a hint of animal scent of red and a little dark berries with cherry nuances and fine herbal spice. Taut, tangy fruit with smoky, toasty wood notes, some pepper and Mediterranean herbs again, a certain acidity, quite present, yet ripe tannin, has backbone, restrained power, still undeveloped, a hint drying, very good, firm, tangy and spicy finish with salt.
