Firm aroma of ripe predominantly dark berries with nutty and a little tobacco aromas, undergrowth and dried mushrooms. Tart dark fruit with fine sandy tannins, mushroomy and bacony notes, some herbs and a hint of coffee grounds, slightly nutty wood, toasty hints, some persistence, warming alcohol, some salt in the background, slightly bitter, good to very good finish.
