2020 Chianti Classico DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Somewhat dried vegetal and slightly bacony, very delicately animalic scent of black and red berries with fresh herbaceous-vegetal nuances. Tart, clear, straightforward, relatively fresh fruit, present, fine sandy tannin and some acid bite, certain persistence and power, but also cooling elements, juniper nuances, animating, very good, tart, tight and fresh finish with dried herbal and slightly salty tones.
