Translate to English Nussige, hefige und angedeutet weiß-fleischige Nase mit rauchigen Kernobstnoten, Pilzen, Trockenkräutern sowie ein wenig Speck und Tabak. Recht frische, saftige Kernobst-Zitrusfrucht mit rauchigen, nussigen und hefigen Aromen, leichtem pflanzlichem Bitter und Nussschalen, relativ feines Mousseux, merklicher Säurebiss und ein wenig Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Butter und Schmelz, rauchige Anklänge und aschige Spuren, zunehmend mediterrane Kräuter, sehr guter, ganz leicht sandiger, aber auch herb-saftiger und würziger Abgang. Brauch Luft oder noch etwas Zeit.
