Firm, slightly yeasty, also a little yellow-spicy citrus scent with some hard pome fruit, herbal aromas, white pepper and flinty notes. Quite firm, slightly warm fruit, nutty and flinty-smoky flavours, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, herbal and peppery tones, a hint of floral, certain minerality, has power, but also cooling elements, a little fennel in the background, still young, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
