Clear, cool, bright citrus nose with pome fruit notes, vegetal aromas, still some yeast as well as chalky tones. Clear, slightly melting, bright fruit, yeasty and nutty tones, very slightly vegetal, good persistence, bright nutty flavours, very fine acidity and delicate grip, chalky and somewhat salty minerality, very good, cool, fine-juicy finish
