2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Blanc, Alto Adige, Italy

light nutty, vegetal and dried herbaceous notes on the nose, cool yellow fruit, mineral traces. Tart juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal aromas, very light touch of nutty oak, very elegant acidity, good persistence, buttery traces, salty traces in the background, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good to very good tart finish.
