Some signs of maturity on the nose, nutty and light vegetal notes, pomaceous fruit, light oak, a hint of bacon, floral traces. Ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, some nutty oak, delicate buttery traces, very elegant, moderate acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, god substance and persistence,very creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of nut butter, some depth, floral traces, very good creamy, slightly spicy finish.

Editor note: Yeasty notes, some almonds, light vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of yellow spice, light earth and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, polished, creamy fruit on the palate, very delicate bite, persistent and concentrated, nutty amd very light buttery aromas, good depth, more light earthy and mineral notes, spicy notes in the background, some salty notes and mountain herbs, fairly complex, still young, very good firm, creamy, spicy finish.
