Somewhat herbal and slightly floral citrus pome fruit scent with a hint of herbs and bacon. Restrained, tart, slightly muted fruit, nutty and hinted smoky tones, somewhat herbal on the palate, suitable acidity and very slightly drying tannin, some persistence, salt in the background, good, tart, again slightly drying finish with some alcohol warmth.
