Tart, somewhat dried-vegetable nose with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, mushroomy nuances and nutty tones. Restrained, again very tart fruit, quite present acidity, some grip, clearly salty notes, a hint of juniper on the palate, very slightly muted, noticeable alcohol, good to very good, tart finish.
