Cloudy amber to brown. Quite deep and intense, somewhat oxidative nose of candied and dried grapes and pome fruits with nutty, yeasty notes reminiscent of bread spices. Quite concentrated, very sweet, again partly dried fruit with candied notes, a little caramel and again bread spices, fine acidity and grip of ripe tannin, persistent, good depth, quite complex, kumquats and candied citrus zest in the background, a little cinnamon, very good, firm, sweet, grippy and spicy finish with smoky nuances and minerality.

Best to drink: Bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
