Vegetal, somewhat smoky and nutty aroma with pome fruit accentuated yellow fruit notes, a hint of bacon and mushroomy nuances. Ripe, somewhat warm, melting fruit, nutty and bacony tones, crumbly-sandy tannin, suitable acidity, some persistence, slightly noticeable alcohol, good, again slightly mushroomy finish.
