Firm, somewhat leathery and tarry aroma of black and red berries with nutty and hints of sooty barrel wood spice and a hint of liquorice. Relatively tart fruit with smoky wood notes, earthy tones and a little dried root vegetables in the background, some pepper and juniper, hints of coffee grounds, present, very slightly drying tannin, medicinal traces, good persistence, has power, tart nutty tones, a little tar, very good, slightly drying finish.
