Quite firm, clear, somewhat floral and nutty fragrance with polished, restrained yellow-fruity aromas as well as floral and almost still a little yeasty traces. Tart and juicy, firmly knit, ripe, rather bright fruit, slightly nutty, smoky and herbal-vegetable tones, yeasty nuances, persistent on the palate, powerful, but also with acidity, hints of white pepper in the background, certain minerality, relatively complex, still young, very good, firm finish.
