Tart bitter orange flavour with smoky and slightly yeasty tones, dried herbs and floral traces. Ripe, firmly knit, very dry fruit with a certain acid bite and a grip of ripe, fine sandy tannin, dried herbs and salt lemon on the palate, persistent, has power, but also cooling elements, clear minerality, firm, tart-juicy finish, again with hints of zest and some herbal spice.
