Hint of nutty, somewhat herbal-vegetable and a hint of floral pomaceous fruit and citrus on the nose, light hint of zest and a hint of smoke. Firm, tart, ripe fruit, vegetal spice again, also smoky and nutty notes, fine acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, salt in the background, noticeable but integrated alcohol, good to very good finish.
