Surprisingly cool, somewhat vegetal and delicately yeasty citrus nose with stone and pome fruit notes, floral traces and a hint of bacon. Ripe, juicy fruit with yellow spice, candy notes and yeasty tones, apricot and candied citrus on the palate, very fine acidity and some grip, good substance and persistence, plenty of power, noticeable but integrated alcohol, light nutty tones, vegetal nuances in the background, hints of white pepper, good to very good, warm alcohol finish with chalky and salty notes.
