Tart aroma of more black than red berries with tobacco aromas and tar, juniper, pepper as well as earthy and slightly iodine tones. Quite tightly knit, ripe and warm fruit, dark spice of bitter chocolate, some liquorice and coffee grounds, present, ripe tannin, some acid bite, persistent, some depth, lots of ethereal spice, juniper and cubeb pepper, very good finish with warm, dark juice and dark spice.

Best to drink: 2023-2028+. What our ratings mean
