2015 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "GIOBI", Tuscany, Italy

Tart, slightly dried vegetal and earthy scent of red and black berries with greasy notes, dried herbs and nutty notes. Firmly knitted, partially dried and preserved fruit, fairly lively acidity and firm, youthful tannins, herbaceous notes, some liquorice and ink, noticeable alcohol, cooling vegetal notes, slightly earthy, cocoa-spicy oak, very good finish with a bite, ripe juice and herbal-vegetable and peppery-spicy aromas. Must mature.
