2021 Rosso di Valtellina DOC Nebbiolo, Lombardy, Italy

Somewhat leathery, nutty and slightly dried floral scent of red and a little black berries with a hint of tobacco, aromatic smoke and tar. Clear, rather tart, fine-juicy fruit, again nutty and leathery tones, a little tar and also waxy-ethereal notes, crumbly-sandy, youthful tannin, a hint of cocoa in the background, relatively complex, certain freshness, some depth, becomes juicier with air, very good, relatively firm, finely spicy finish with salty nuances.
