Clear, quite firm and deep, relatively fine nose of red berries and a little dried flowers with nutty and earthy hints as well as tobacco, tar and smoke. Tart, firm, quite polished fruit, nutty aromas, some cocoa, coffee beans and hints of pepper, a touch of cherries, smoky hints again, persistent on the palate, slightly waxy, fine, crumbly, yet quite present tannin, toasty traces, very good finish with ripe juice and spice.
