Firm and deep, multi-layered, smoky, slightly tarry and somewhat peppery-spicy aroma of ripe red and black berries with nutty aromas, tobacco, dried flowers, a little leather, a touch of coffee, dried herbs, hints of tomatoes, orange zest and mineral hints. Ripe, firm, tangy fruit with nutty and slightly tobacco aromas, pepper, allspice and a little coriander, some bite, present, ripe, fine sandy tannin, persistent and dense on the palate, good depth, distinct, cool minerality, tobacco barrel notes, distinct, salty minerality, chalky tones, multi-layered, some citron bitter on the finish, lots of bite, salt and grip.
