2009 Umbria IGT Trebbiano Spolentino, Umbria, Italy

Tart nose, quinces, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty and mineral traces. Clear, creamy and full-bodied on the palate, bone dry fruit, candied herbs and spices, yeasty and mineral notes, delicate tannic touch, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, noticeable but integrated alcohol, good finish.
