2005 Colli Martani DOC Grechetto, Umbria, Italy

Notes of hay, pears and honeydew melon on the nose, quite cool and restrained, some mineral notes develop with aeration. Again cool with notes of hay in the mouth, straightforward and bone dry, very elegant acidity, light mineral notes, persistent on the palate, quite elegant in spite of its full body, good long finish. Versatile partner for food.
