Quite a firm nose with dark fruit, red berries and beetroot, with some notes of old oak. Full-bodied with warm fruit, elegant acidity and quite soft, though fairly prominent, tannins, more notes of old oak, mineral notes in the background, very creamy, high alcohol, good persistence, medium-long finish.
