2001 Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Passito, Umbria, Italy

Concentrated, oxidative nose, black berries and cherry preserves. Sweet and quite concentrated, juicy fruit, chocolate, masses of still sandy tannins, persistent on the palate, firm structure, good depth, long finish.
