Tart, nutty and a tiny hint of smoky nose of red and black berries with tobacco nuances and a hint of pepper. Young, clear, straightforward fruit, quite taut, ripe tannin and some acid bite, a little citrus zest on the palate, good persistence, hints of peppery and nutty tones, has polish, good to very good finish.
