2019 Barbaresco DOCG "Tettineive®", Piedmont, Italy

Aroma of red rather than black berries with delicate smoky barrel notes, a little dried flowers, tobacco and a hint of walnut. Cool, polished, tart fruit, again nutty and smoky barrel notes, quite fine, youthful tannin, good persistence and substance, medium strength, very fine acidity, has a certain polish, elegance and some depth, tobacco nuances, very good, quite firm, fine-juicy finish, again with walnut.
