2018 Barolo DOCG "Tettimorra®", Piedmont, Italy

Tart, somewhat tobacco and hints of dried floral aroma with fine red and black berry notes, a hint of tar, juniper and moderate barrel tones. Ripe, somewhat warm fruit with present but mellow tannins, nutty flavours, a touch of cocoa, ethereal traces and again some barrel wood, traditional style, dried herbs and flowers in the background, good substance and persistence, sweet-tobacco tones, some depth, very good finish with calm, warm juice and spice.
